We created a new luxury brand and full digital presence for ARRIA MedSpa—from naming and visual identity to website, social media, and SEO—positioning it as the high-end skincare and aesthetic services arm of the Plastic Surgery Group.

Objectives

To develop a compelling new med spa brand that could stand alone while benefiting from the reputation and digital authority of the Plastic Surgery Group

Challenges

ARRIA needed to be built from the ground up, including brand positioning, logo, website, ecommerce capabilities, and ongoing content strategy—all in tandem with the redesign of its parent company’s site.

Their existing site lacked visual appeal, strategic messaging, and did not reflect the firm’s elite positioning; internal profiles and social presence were inconsistent or outdated.

We developed a clear, phased plan: update branding, rebuild the website with a luxury look and feel, audit and refresh all team LinkedIn profiles, and create a new LinkedIn company page to unify messaging.

We collaborated with Michael Feeley to redesign his personal brand from the ground up—transforming a frustrating DIY website into a professional digital presence that reflected his voice, mission, and coaching expertise.

To build a website that captured Michael’s rich, heartfelt content in a design that was clean, expressive, and easy for him to manage, while also supporting his larger goals of personalized coaching and publishing his written work.

Challenges

Michael had originally invested in a site-building tool that offered limited design flexibility and minimal support; the original site lacked personality and didn’t convey the depth of his coaching work.

We started from scratch, building a WordPress-based site using his original content, creating a new logo and consistent branding, and ensuring he could update the site himself moving forward.

The original site had layout and navigation limitations, lacked service clarity, and did not effectively communicate Saba Island Properties’ full value proposition, especially around new construction and design support.

We streamlined navigation, updated homepage messaging and iconography, reorganized the Services section, and improved visual hierarchy to better guide users to relevant offerings, while preserving the unique charm and tone of the brand.
